Painless Personal Pizza

Ingredients
1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper, strips (to serve with pizza)Medium Cheddar Cheese, 1oz (1 serving) shreddedSalami, 3 slices dicedFlatbread, 1 servingOlive Oil, 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*F. Put flatbread on cookie sheet (spray/pam not needed). Spray top of flatbread with olive oil (or rub 2tsp on it). Shred 1 ounce cheddar cheese over the bread. Top with 1/4 diced bell pepper and 3 slices diced salami. Bake for 5mins. Serve with 1/4 bell pepper strips. Serves 2. I enjoy eating this as a side with a big salad.
