Ginger Tea

Ingredients
6 cups waterPeel of two lemons2/3 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)4 inch ginger root, cut into slices1/2 cup honey
Directions
Put water, lemon peel, ginger and honey into sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 45 min. Stir in Lemon juice. Strain into pitcher and refrigerate until cool. Serve over ice. Can serve warm if desired. Serves about 6.
