Apple Pineapple Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Red Delicious Apples peeled and diced1 Cup Fresh Pineapple diced1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts1/2 Cup Diced Celery1/4 Cup Mayonaise ( I use Real but Low Cal. can be used)2 Tbs. Powdered Sugar1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice1/4 Tsp. Grated Nutmeg
Directions
Peel and cube the apples. Add the diced pineapple, walnuts, and celery. In a small bowl, combine the pineapple juice, powdered sugar, mayonaise, and grated nutmeg. Whisk until smooth and stir into the fruits. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill.
This makes 4 servings of about 3/4 cups.
