Baked Jalapenos

6 Tbsp fat free cream cheese, softened1/4 tsp cumin2/3 cup sargento reduced fat Mexican cheese blend1 tsp cilantro, minced8 medium jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise & seeded1/4 cup all whites egg substitute1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp corn flake crumbs1 Tbsp wheat germ
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cumin until smooth. Beat in cheese and cilantro. Spoon into jalapeno halves.
Place egg substitute in a shallow bowl; set aside. Combine corn flake crumbs and wheat germ in another shallow bowl. Dip filling side of jalapenos in egg, then coat in crumbs mixture. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray with crumb side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve immediately.
