RAW Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Cookie:1 cup almonds1 cup water2 Tablespoon AgaveDash of Cinnamon1 Cup Ground Golden Flax SeedsChocolate Chips:1/2 Cup Carob PowderSmall Chocolate chip sized pieces of Coconut flesh
Directions
Pour the water into a blender with the almonds and blend until the almonds are a very small crumb size. Pour into a cheese cloth and squeeze all the almond milk into a bowl. Set the pulp aside.

Mix the almond pulp with the agave and cinnamon. Then make small balls with your hands and flatten into cookie shapes. Coat with ground flax seeds and place on a plate.

To make the chocolate chips, roll chocolate chip size coconut bits and pieces into raw organic carob powder until coated then place on top of the cookies, press down so they stay and serve. Makes 8 RAW Living Super Nutritious Chocolate Chip Cookies. Moist and delicioous. If you use the almond milk you can have cookies and "milk." If you add some carob powder and agave to the almond milk you will have "chocolate milk!"
