3.5 tsp yeast1 cup warm water1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt2 Tbsp canola oil1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1/4 cup of pasta sauce2 cups pizza blend cheese
Stir the yeast, water, sugar, salt, canola oil, and flours together and then knead 30 times. Allow dough to rise for 5 minutes. Pound dough out onto pizza pan and put the toppings on. (You can add whatever toppings you want but only the cheese and sauce is added in the calorie content)
