Summer Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb. dry spaghetti3 eggs1 large cucumber3 large roma tomatoesabout 15 large baby carrots1 medium summer squash2 small avocados1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 medium red onion2 cloves garlic1/4 cup cider vinegarjuice of 1/2 lime3 tsp yellow mustard1/2 cup miracle whip1/2 cup mayonnaise
1. Boil and shell eggs
2. Press garlic cloves into a large mixing bowl
3. Place vinegar, lime juice, salt, mustard, mayonnaise, miracle whip, and black pepper in mixing bowl
4. Dice all remaining ingredients (except spaghetti) into mixing bowl and mix.
5. Cook and rinse spaghetti in cold water
6. Mix spaghetti with all other ingredients in the mixing bowl
7. Add shredded cheese (if desired, not included in calorie calculations)
