2 chicken breast no skin ,4 cups of cooked long grain rice,2 med eggs,1 cup frozen cooked peas, 3 rashers of bacon,1 cup diced onion, 3 gloves garlic ,soy sauce 2 tbsp or to taste ,sunflower oil tbsp ,pepper to taste
this meal is 4 servings. heat oil in pan add sliced chicken and crushed garlic cook till golden brown put to one side and keep hot ,add diced onion diced bacon and cook till golden brown put to one side and keep hot,add beaten egg to pan make thin omelette roll and slice.add rice sliced cooked chicken ,cooked peas ,onion,bacon heat till piping hot season to taste
