gluten free shepards pie

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef 1 onion diced2 tbsp rice flour1 cup beef stock1 10oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables1 large Sweet Potatoe boiled with1 large russet potatoe1/3 cup sousr cream or yogurt ( low fat)1 Tbsp calorie reduced margarine
Directions
saute beef and onions until cooked add the rice flour and stir and brown. Add the stock and simmer till thickened. Cook potatoes and mash with the sour cream and margarine.
Layer beef mixture in an oven proof casserole and layer with the mixed vegetables. top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
