Ingredients
Ingredients:Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove)Corn Starch, 0.25 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 0.25 cup (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp (remove)vanilla extract
Directions
mix well chesse + 1/2 cup splenda + egg yalks to a smooth batter
sift in corn starch and flour mix well
beat egg whites with 1/2 cup splenda

fold together

spray a baking pan with pam baking
spread the batter in the pan ( round)

heat oven to 400
place backing pan in a larhe baking pan with 1 inch of waer

bake in 400 for 10 min
lower heat to 340 and bake for 60 -90 min
until a tooth pick comes out clean

do not open oven before 45 min
