Ingredients
2/3 cups all whites1/4 cup spinach1/4 cup Sargento cheese shredded reduced fat colby jack3 ounces mild sausage
Directions
brown meat in a pan and then drain off all fat. in fry pan add whites then put in spinach, cheese and meat and cook fold and cook until done then serve makes one serving.
