Baked spaghetti

Ingredients
Brown ground beef with chopped onions, green peppers & garlic. Add 26 oz can of chopped tomatoes with juice. Add oregeno & garlic powder & simmer x 10 min. While browning beef cook spaghetti as directed (12 oz uncooked). In a greased 9x13 pan place 1/2 of spagetti on bottom & pour 1/2 of the beef mixture on top. Sprinkle 1 c cheese & repeat. Mix can of soup with 1/2 c water until smooth & pour over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30- 35 min.
