1 package of ground turkey 93% leanI Egg1/4 cup (or less) chopped Sweet Onion1/2 a sleeve of saltine crackers, crushedItalian Seasoning (Oregano, Basil, Thyme)Dash of salt and pepper1/2 a jar of Ragu Oraganic Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce
Makes 5 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, onion, seasoning, and crackers. Mix with your hands until all mushed together. Put into a loaf pan or casserole (corningware) dish. Cover with pasta sauce (add parmesean if you want). Cook for 45 minutes. Serve.
