Ingredients
Ro Tel Diced tomatoes and green chilies, 2.5 serving (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)*Bread Crumbs Dry, Plain, 0.25 cup (remove)*Ground Garlic & Herb Seasoning, .10 gram(s) (remove)*chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Cumin (ground), 1 tsp (remove)*Old El Paso - Thick N' Chunky Salsa, 0.25 cup (remove)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
Directions
Heat Ove to 375. In large bowl,mix all ingredents except salsa. Spoon mixute into 11 x7 inch glass baking dish, form into a load.
Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until desired doneness. Drain liquid before slicing.. Serve with salsa.
