Black Bean and Quinoa Burger

Ingredients
2 Cans of balck beans rinsed and mashed1 cup of cooked quinoa1 TBSP of ground flax seed mixed with 3 TBSP of water heated in the microwave for 20 seconds1/4 C Spelt floursalt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Let stand in fridge for 30 minutes. Heat a small amount of olive oil in frying pan. Fry until outside is browned
