Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Beef1 can diced tomatoes, NSA1.25 cups chopped onion1 cup chopped celery4 smashed cloves garlic3 T good quality chili powder1 t salt1 cup Chicken broth
Directions
makes four HCG appropriate servings

Brown the beef, drain all fat thoroughly
add the onions and celery, sweat the vegies a few minutes.
Add garlic, seasonings and broth, simmer 30 minutes.
