Chef Leo's Camp Stew

Ingredients
4 medium yukon gold potatos- diced4 roma tomatos or 2 medium tomatos- diced1/2 head of large cabbage- chopped2 cans Swanson reduced sodium beef broth1 cup sweet corn fresh or frozen1 package (14 oz) Hillshire Farms Smoked Beef susage- cubed1 tsp Chef Leo's Camp Stew seasoning (chefleo.com)1 tsp saltwater
Directions
Add all ingredient into large stock pot and add water until almost covered.
Bring to boil
Boil for 20 minutes
Reduce to a simmer for another 10-20 minutes until potatos/cabbage is soft

Makes about 18, 1-cup servings
