Penne Pasta and ground turkey bake

Ingredients
15 oz lean ground turkey,cooked.1 can (10.5 oz) of low fat cream of chicken soup1 cup soy milk or skim milk6 oz of mozzarella cheese, seperated3 chopped garlic cloves1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup sliced celery.2 cups of cooked, whole wheat penne pasta2 tsp tarragon2 tsp thyme1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*.
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey with the onion and garlic. drain. Add the rest of the ingredients except for half of the cheese, and transfer to a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375* for 25 min

    I added broccoli and parmesan cheese to make it a meal in one. It was good, but the seasoning was off--too much thyme, I think. A different blend of seasonings might be better. - 11/16/16
