1 cup of sliced mushrooms8 oz of chicken tenderloins1 cup of sliced carrots1 cup of sliced celery2 cups of zucchini1 cup of ginger sauce2 cups of brown rice, cooked1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Saute chicken tenderloins in olive oil. After the chicken has cooked for 3 minutes, add vegetables. Saute for 10 minutes and add ginger sauce and saute for an additional 5 minutes. Serve over brown rice. Add dried noodles optional. serves 4.
