1 chicken fillet 6oz 2 gloves of garlic1tbsp of dark soy sauce1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce1 tbsp oystersauce75 grams trimmed asparagus spears50 grams carrots1 medium tomato
Crush the garlic into a bowl along with the oyster soy and worcester sauce. Set aside
Next wash andcut the chicken into small pieces
drain place in bowl, leave overnight to marinade.
Next day,
Dice the carrots
Bring a pan of slightly salted water to the boil
cook the carrots for 5 mins
Next in a hot non stick frying pan cook the chicken in the marinade 8 mins
cook the asparagus in boiling lightly salted water for 2-3 mins
place asparagus and carrots and tomato around the plate pour chicken and juices in center I love it
makes 2 1 cup servings
