Favorite Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour2 cups Whole Spelt Flour 2 T Ground Flax Seed2 t Baking Soda2 t Baking Powder2 t Ground Cinnamon1/2 t Salt4 large Eggs3/4 cup Sugar3/4 cup Canola oil15 oz Canned Pure Pumpkin2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 36 muffin cups, or line with paper bake cups
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Mix eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and oil. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Stir in morsels. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pans on wire racks for five minutes. Remove from pans.
Makes 36 servings/muffins.
