Ginger Soy Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, peeled1/4 c. rice vinegar1/4 c. minced shallots2 Tbsp. ginger, peeled fresh1 Tbsp. soy sauce1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oilhot pepper sauce to taste1/2 c. canola oil
Directions
Add all ingredients, except oil, into a blender or food processor. With the machine running, slowly pour the oil to emulsify. Serve immediately or refrigerate the leftovers.

Makes 12 (1 1/2 Tbsp.) servings.
