Vegetarian shammi kebab without oil

Ingredients
* *Raw Chana Dal ( yellow lentil) 1 cup, * *Shan, Shammi kebab Masala Mix, 2 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Ginger, ground, 1.5 tsp * Garlic, 1 tsp * Water , 6 cups
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients in a large pot with 6 cups water. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30 - 45 mins. Till the pulse ( lentil) is fully mashed.
2. make into balls and enjoy.
3. Freeze it for future use
