Ingredients
Tofu, firm, 1 block (remove)Celery, raw, .50 cup, diced (remove)Carrots, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)Radishes, .33 cup slices (remove)Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove)(remove)Fage - 0%, 8 oz (remove)Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs (remove)Parsley, 1 cup (remove)1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mash tofu, yogurt, ranch dressing, vegenaise or blend in food processor add rest of ingredients and mix. Spread on whole wheat bread. Optional add low fat cheese slice. Grill in oven until warm. nutritonal info is for tofu spread only. I sometimes add fewer walnuts to lower the fat content.
