Directions
Heat olive oil and garlic. Add onions until start to brown. Add zucchini and mushrooms until start to brown. Add green chili, cilantro, and can of sliced stewed tomatos (do not drain the tomatoes). Salt to taste. When warm, 1/2 over 1 oz of tortilla chips. Makes 2 servings.
