shrimp, three cheese tortellini, grape tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, mozarella cheese
Makes 5 servings
Cook the tortellini in a large pot according to package directions.
Put olive oil in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and saute. Halve the grape tomatoes and add to the skillet. Sprinkle with a little sea salt. As the tomatoes soften, smash them with a fork. Once all soften and smashed, add the shrimp. Cook until done.
Cube mozarella cheese. Toss the pasta and cheese in the skillet with the tomatoes and shrimp. Serve hot.
