McCormick Chili Seasoning 1 packetGround beef, lean, 1 lbBeans, red kidney, 1 can, drainedDiced tomatoes, 1 can, undrained
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat
Add beans, tomatoes and seasoning and simmer for 10-15 minutes (longer for more flavor)

I was searching forever for the nutritional information for this simple dish and it seemed like all of the recipes posted on SparkPeople had you making the spices up from scratch.
