Bombay Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium size raw potatoes cut in to inch size cubes1 cup chopped onion3 chopped garlic cloves2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 teaspoon coriander (cilantro) powder1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon chili powdersalt to taste (I don't bother)
Directions
Makes 4 portions

Spray an oven dish with pam

Mix the spices together in a little bowl.

Dice two medium size potatoes and put them in the oven dish mix in the onion and garlic then sprinkle over the seasoning and mix in until all is coated. Sprinkle over the spices and stir round until all the potatoe pieces have a light coatig. Season with salt, pepper.

Drizzle with the olive oil and put in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes until the potato pieces are tender and crispy brown.
