Cheeseless Spinach Artichoke Dip

6 oz fresh spinach6 oz jar artichoke hearts (or 3/4 frozen - thaw first!)1 clove garlic, minced1/4 cup nutritional yeast1 tsp veg broth powder (or veg. chicken broth powder)1/4 -1/2 cup rice or soy milk2 tbsp flour1/4 tsp saltpepper to tasteolive oil

Saute the spinach in oil until it is wilted. Put spinach, artichokes, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until chopped. Put back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Heat thoroughly and enjoy with tortilla chips, bread, or pita (I recommend tortilla chips!).
