1 lb. ground turkey1 packet pepperoni1 can of no sugar added spaghetti sauce4 cups low fat mozzarella cheese1 lb. whole wheat lasagna noodlesVegetables per preference, sauteed in olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil noodles in a large pot until tender. Fry the turkey and drain as needed. Add sauce to the cooked turkey. Starting with the noodles, layer in a casserole dish the sauce, the pepperoni, and any vegetables you desire, with the top layer being noodles and cover with the cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
