Chocolate "Wacky" Cake

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup granulated Splenda1 tsp. salt3 Tbsp. cocoa powder1 tsp. vanilla5 Tbsp. margarine1 Tbsp. vinegar1 cup cold water
Directions
1) In a 8x8 glass cake pan, sift flour, baking soda, sugar, Splenda, salt, & cocoa together.
2) Make three holes in the mixture.
3) Put vanilla in one hole; butter in second hole; and vinegar in the last hole.
4) Pour water over the whole mixture.
5) Mix well.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Can also be made into cupcakes and frozen to avoid temptation!)

This cake is so moist you do not need to frost it - however, my mom always dusted it lightly with powdered sugar. (Not included in nutrition info.)
