Summer Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 CupCorn1/2 Cup Tomato1/2 Cup Sweet Onion1 TBL Balsamic Vinegar2 tsp Olive OilSalt Pepper
Directions
Cut Kernals off of three ears of corn.
Squeeze seeds and dice tomato in small cubes.
Dice onion.
Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Combine all ingredients. Put in tight seal container. Shake to mix.

Great for picnics.

Best if served next day.
