Italian chocolate cake

Ingredients
300 grams whole grain flour150 grams brown sugar3 fresh eggs125 ml non-fat milk100 grams sweet chocolate100 grams natural butter1 dash salt1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Add the flour and the milk.
Make the butter melt with the chocolate at low heat, then add it to the mixture.
Whisk the egg whites with the dash of salt and then add it to the rest.
Pour dough in a silicon mold (so you don't have to add fat to prevent the cake from sticking to it) and put it in oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 16 slices.
