Chicken burrito bowl

Ingredients
2 cups black beans1 cup corn 2 medium onions 2 bell peppers4 TBSP Guacamole4 Cups shredded Lettuce4 TBSP fat free sour cream 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar12 ounces grilled chicken breast 4 TBSP salsa
Directions
Cut up onions and peppers into strips and saute in water in a pan over medium heat .
Put rinsed black beans into a bowl
Put rinsed corn into a bowl
Cut up tomatoes and add to the corn
cook chicken breast on grill or stovetop

In 4 bowls layer the following
1 cup of lettuce
1/2 cup of black beans
1/2 cup of corn and tomatoes
3 ounces of chicken breast
a sprinkling of fat free cheddar
1 TBSP of Guacamole
1 TBSP of sour cream
1 TBSP of salsa
