Light Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 Boneless skinles chicken breast (cooked or uncooked)1/4c Kraft Light Mayonnaise2 TBSP Sweet Relish
Directions
boil chicken or use any leftover cooked chicken you have. Dice chicken (or run through food processor or chopper). Mix in mayo and relish. salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a sandwich or on a bed of lettuce. (1/2c per serving)
