1 scallion, minced2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat adding the soy sauce and honey. Stir until honey has dissolved.
2. Add fresh ginger, scallions, and rice vinegar, stir then let simmer
3. Let it reduce (1-3 minutes)
4. If you need a little extra kick add a bit of wasabi to the mixture.
