Spinach and Rotini Pasta Bake

Ingredients
7oz Ronzoni healthy harvest ww rotini1/2c. chopped onion4oz lean ground beef14oz can crushed tomatoes1/2tsp garlic powder1tsp oregano1tsp sugarsalt and pepper to taste5oz frozen spinach3oz part skim mozzerella
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare pasta as instructed on package. Meanwhile saute onions and ground beef in medium skillet until cooked thoroughly. Drain mixture. Return to pan and add crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano,salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add spinach and simmer for 3-4 more minutes. Combine pasta and sauce and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle mozzerella on top and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Makes about 4 10oz servings.
