Mock Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup 1% milk1 cup fat free Milnot1 cup splenda1/4 cup corn starch1/2 cup egg beaters1/2 teaspoon imitation coconut flavoring1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
Combine splenda and corn starch. Heat milks to just below boiling. Gradually add some of hot milk to dry mixture blending well. Add egg beaters to this. Gradually add this mixture to the hot milks stirring constantly with wire whisk until thickened to desired thickness. Remove from heat. Add flavorings and pour into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate then serve.
