Creamy Tomato Bisque

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Milk, 1%, 1 cup Garlic, 4 cloves Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) thinly slicedBay Leaf, 1 Basil, .5 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 heaping tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsSalt, .5 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbspLight Whipping Cream, 1 cup
Directions
Skin and deseed tomatos
Saute' onion and garlic in a deep soup pot.
Add tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and basil. Simmer for 25 minutes or until tomatos are cooked.
Remove Bay Leaf
Puree mixture unitl blended.
Put back in pot and add cream and milk. Heat but don't boil. Let sit for 5 min to let the soup thicken.
