1 box Quinoa Elbow Pasta3 wedges laughing cow light cheese3 10 oz boxes of Green Giant Cauliflower and 3 cheese sauce, or 1 family size boxsalt and pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to instructions on the box, then drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking transfer cauliflower to a microwave safe dish and cook for 12-16 minutes to heat. In a large bowl mix cauliflower/cheese mix to cooked pasta. Add 3 wedges of laughing cow light cheese and stir well to be sure laughing cow wedges are melted evenly into the mix. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy your dish!
