Peanut sesame noodles

Ingredients
peanut sauceginger chili saucesoy sauceangel hair pastapeanutsgarlicsesame oilscallions
Directions
cook 16 oz of pasta according to directions. Rinse in cold water, set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp sesame oil in small skillet, add 1 clove garlic (minced). Cook garlic until fragrant and tender. remove from heat and set aside.
combine equal amounts of chili sauce, soy sauce, and peanut sauce- starting with 1/4 cup each. Add more to your preferences. add sesame oil with garlic into the sauce combo.
toss noodles in sauce and top with cut scallions and peanuts. serve room temperature or chilled.

    I first received this recipe from my brother-in-law's aunt, who had a Chinese cooking show in San Francisco. My family loves it and I often take it to potlucks. I like to add 1" asparagus pieces. Yum! Just be careful around people who are allergic to peanuts. - 6/6/08
