Turkey Scramble

Ingredients
16 oz ground turkey, 93% lean1 cup tomato sauce1 cup corn 1 tbsp chili powder1 cup onions, chopped2 cups fresh spinach1/4 cup mexican style taco cheese
Directions
Spray a large frying pan with cooking spray.
Add chopped onions and turkey. Stir until lightly browned. Add the tomato sauce, creamed corn and chili powder.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Divide spinach between 4 plates and pour turkey mixture over the spinach. Sprinkle with cheese.
