4 slices of Sarah Lee Light bread (90 Calories for two slices)I pound of ground turkey1 eggSeasoning to taste, I used garlic, pepper, and salt, but you can adjust and add in whatever you think you and your family will like.
Preheat oven to 325. cut or tear the slices of bread into very small pieces and then mix in the ground turkey and the egg. Then add in spices as you like. Mix well, and then shape into meatballs ( the size I make which are about the size of a ping pong ball make about 40 meatballs). Then place them on a baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes.
Its a great light version, so much lower in fat and calories than store bought ones.
