Ingredients
2 - English Muffins Split in Half1/4 Cup of Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce1/4 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese8 Canned Mushroom Pieces4 Slices of PepperoniAdditional veggies of your choice. I used chopped onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes. (All raw)
Directions
Set broiler on High. Split the english muffins, bottoms side up and place under broiler until toasted. Flip to top side of muffins and place back under broiler until toasted. Turn off broiler and preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Ladle sauce evenly on each of the muffins halves, followed by the cheese, veggies, and pepperoni. Bake at 425 for 10 - 12 minutes. (Until cheese is melted.)
