No Cheese Denver Omelet

Ingredients
Scrambled Egg, 3 largeHam, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)water, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute ham, onion and bell pepper in non-stick pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Meanwhile, beat eggs and water together with a whisk until fluffy.
Heat an omelet pan and spray with Pam. Pour in eggs. Cook, lifting edges to spread the eggs around and under. When almost done, add ham and veggies down the middle of omelet. Fold over and slide onto serving plate.
