Low Fat Blueberry Pancakes

1 1/2 cups skim milk4 tbsp melted light margerine2 eggs2 cups unbleached flour4 tsp. baking powder1 cup blueberries
Combine melted margerine, eggs and milk. Sift in dry ingrediants. Add more milk if it is to thick and add in blueberries gently. Cook on heated griddle with spray butter flavored oil. Use laddle to half full for each pancake. Makes 16. Can also add chopped apples and cinamon.
