Curried Pot O Lentils

3 cups uncooked Lentils1 large Onion chopped 2 Carrots chopped1 cup Celery chopped1 Green Pepper chopped2 cans Tomato Soup1 Tbls blackstrap Molasses1/4 tsp Oregano3 tsp Curry powder2 pkg. George Washington Seasoning (golden)1 tsp Salt (optional & not included in nutritional calculations)
Makes about 15 1-cup servings
1. Bring 5.5 cups of water to a boil and cook: lentils, onion, carrot, celery, and pepper till done (for about 40-45 minutes.)
2. Add other ingredients; stir and simmer 5-10 minutes.
Very healthy and filling along with a green salad and rice or a whole grain bread.
