Ham & Pineapple Stir Fry

STIR FRY:7 oz Kirkland Boneless Ham Steak3/8 of a whole Pineapple, fresh1 large bunch Broccoli1 tbsp Olive Oil-----------------------------7 oz (1/2 box) Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini Pasta-----------------------------SAUCE:2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce3 tbsp Honey3 tbsp Horseradish mustard
Prepare pasta according to directions. Prepare the rest while pasta is cooking.
Cut broccoli, pineapple and ham into bite size pieces, making the broccoli and pineapple slightly larger than the ham pieces. I usually cut the broccoli first, then cut the pineapple while the broccoli is cooking, and cut the ham while the pineapple is cooking.
Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet or wok over medium high heat, add broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pineapple chunks, cook without stirring for at least a minute, so that the pineapple caramelizes on the outside. Stir and then cook for another minute, then add the ham.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir or whisk to until well blended. Add to hot skillet and stir well to coat all of the pieces.
Drain the pasta and add to the skillet, stirring well to distribute the sauce throughout the entire mixture.
Makes approximately 6 servings, 1.5 cups each.
