Easy Red Potato Soup

8 small-medium red potatoes, unpeeled2 cups milk (I used 2%)1 cup water 1 reduced sodium chicken bullion cube 1/2 cup flour1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon garlic pepper2 teaspoons onion powder1 tablespoon light sour cream
Chop potatoes and boil until tender. Dissolve chicken bullion cube in 1 cup of water while potatoes boil.
Mix milk and flour in small bowl until smooth.
Drain potatoes and add milk/flour mixture along with the 1 cup of water with dissolved bullion cube.
Add other spices leaving the sour cream until last. Let simmer 20 minutes. Top with bacon and cheese if desired.
