2 Tbsp Olive oil1/4 packet Ham Flavor (powder)1/2 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup green pepper, chopped3-4 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (small can)1/4 tsp oregano2 Tbsp White vinegar2-3 Leaves Culantro OR Cilantro3/4 water1 packet Sazon Brand of Culantro & AchioteOptional: 1 sm. chicken Buillion cube1 can Roman or Pink or Kidney, Beans undrained
Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
Add ham flavoring, onions, green pepper & garlic
Cook about 7-10 minutes
Stir in remaining ingredients
Bring to a slow Boil
then Reduce heat to simmer at least 10 minutes
SERVE : over White Rice (not calculated in the
calorie count)
